This graceful Imperial Tie Guan Yin is made with freshly sprouted tea buds from Anxi, Fujian specially picked between the months of March to May to capture floral perfumes of the season and lingering palates of Orchid.
Artisans pan fry this tea in small batches to ensure that tender leaf buds are gently toasted into beautiful brow-like curls. The finished product is a greyish emerald green tea that infuses a fragrant full bodied flavor with floral fruity top notes.
Made from high quality leaves from Yunnan, China, Glutinous Pu Erh is shaped into birds nest like shape with a herb call “nuo mi xiang”. This herb imparts a warm glutinous rice aroma to the Pu Erh highlighting its fig-like sweetness.
